By accessing or using the Solos USA mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Solos USA is a service booking platform that connects customers with verified service providers. Our platform allows users to browse, book, and manage service appointments through our mobile application.

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Solos, you agree to the following:

• Purpose: Solos sends SMS messages containing one-time verification codes for account verification and job-related verification (job start and job completion).
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity. Messages are only sent when triggered by a user action. No recurring or scheduled messages are sent.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
• Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
• Opt-In: You can re-subscribe by replying START or by initiating a verification request in the app.
• Help: For support, reply HELP to any message or contact us at solosusadeveloper@gmail.com.
• Supported Carriers: SMS is supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others.
• Liability: Solos is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, device incompatibility, or network problems.

When you book a service through our platform, you agree to the terms of that booking including the scheduled time, service description, and pricing. Cancellation policies may apply depending on the service provider.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not misuse the platform, interfere with other users, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Solos USA acts as a platform connecting customers with service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided. Service providers are independent contractors and not employees of Solos USA.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
